STUDENT PROJECTS ON DISPLAY

This semester Professor Sandra Hunter tasked her English M01 students to create projects exploring their cultural or ethnic backgrounds going back three generations.

Five of these illustrated projects are on display in the Library's display case on the second floor of Library Learning Resources.

Thanks to Professor Hunter, as well as Ashley Clancy, Jakquelin Pleitez, Andrew Rowe, Vasilis Tsangaris, and Kate Wholey.

I am so proud of these students. Not only did they fulfill the research paper requirements, but they brought incredible stories of survival, self-sacrifice, and self-analysis. These papers are compassionate, funny, thoughtful, and and brutally honest.
Congratulations, Jakkie, Ashley, Andew, Vasilis, and Kate!
